Update: From Monday, 06.07.20 onwards, masks are compulsory on all public transport in Switzerland. This includes the cable cars of the mountain railways. Please take this into account on your arrival. 

We have developed a protection concept for your personal safety and that of our employees - so that you can enjoy your holiday in a relaxed manner and only take home the best memories. This is continuously adapted to the recommendations and requirements of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG) and the cantonal guidelines.

Please excuse us if we only greet you with a smile and a hand-on-heart gesture this summer and do not shake hands at the moment.

Our employees are well prepared for the exceptional situation and the appropriate way of dealing with our guests.

General

Please wash your hands regularly.
Hand disinfectants are available at the lobby, the public toilets and in front of the LaBrasera restaurant.
Please always keep a distance of at least 2 meters to others.
If you have symptoms of illness indicating a respiratory disease before your arrival or during your stay, we ask you not to visit our house.

 

 

Employee

All employees are trained and sensitized to the current global pandemic situation.
Hand hygiene and distance rules are observed.
In the event of symptoms of illness, the employees are sent home and instructed to follow the (self-) isolation rule according to the BAG. Further measures will follow on instruction from the cantonal medical service.
If a face mask is used, it will be changed after 4 hours and disposed of properly.
If disposable gloves are used, they will be changed after 1 hour and disposed of properly.

 

 

Cleaning

Our housekeeping team employees wear disposable gloves during cleaning.
We work with professional cleaning products from DIVERSEY.
The public toilets are cleaned 4 times a day.
Banisters and door handles in public areas are disinfected 4 times a day.

 

 

Elevator

Please note that a maximum of 2 people may use the elevator at the same time.
Buttons in the lift are disinfected 4 times a day.

 

Reception

Our reception desk is equipped with a plexiglass protective cover.
Brochure materials are available, but are also issued individually at the reception.
The room keys are disinfected at check-in and check-out.

The credit card terminal is disinfected after each use.

Free masks are available to our hotel guests at the reception desk.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Room

Our employees wear disposable gloves when cleaning your room, which are disinfected when you leave the room and disposed of properly when they change floors.
Please note that the rooms can only be cleaned if there is no guest in them.
The rooms are cleaned every day unless you do not want them to. Then please let us know.
Linen change: We try to keep the environmental protection idea even in this time: The towels are changed as soon as you put them on the floor. You can also do this daily if you want.

 

LaBrasera Restaurant

The tables and chairs are new and ensure the 1.5 meter distance.
There is a partition | wall where we cannot guarantee the distance.
There are no table spices and no floral decorations on the tables.
The menu cards are disinfected after each use.

 

Breakfast

We continue to offer our large mountain breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. We ask you to keep the distance. Coffee will continue to be served directly at the table.
Our service staff can wear a face shield or face mask, but they don't have to. If you feel uncomfortable with this thought, please let us know.
Since we have fewer places in the restaurant, we reserve the right to offer 2 service times in the event of communicated bottlenecks.
Desired times can be specified at the reception:
1. Service 7 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.
2. Service 8.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

 

Dinner

The restaurant is open daily from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Our terrace is open daily from  from 5 p.m.
Hotel guests with half board compose their 3-course menu for the evening during breakfast. You can choose from three starters, including always a salad starter, three different main dishes, including always a vegetarian main course and three desserts.
Since we have fewer places in the restaurant, we reserve the right to offer 2 service times in the event of communicated bottlenecks. Desired times can be specified at the reception:
1. Service 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
2. Service 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

 

 
Hotel guests without half board or external guests are welcome in our restaurant by prior reservation. Table reservations can only be made through the reception. If there are more than 4 people, we must also register a one person with contact details. These datas are kept for 14 days and then deleted of properly.

Vivaia Relax

 

Our Vivaia Relax (sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin) is open every day by prior appointment.

Please let us know at the reception. A maximum of 4 people are allowed at the same time.
