The contract cannot be cancelled unilaterally. Subletting or subletting, as well as the use of hotel rooms for other than residential purposes, require the prior written consent of the hotel. If the reservation is made by a third party, this third party shall also become a contractual partner, irrespective of an effective authorisation by the "guest",and shall be liable for all obligations arising from this contract together with the "guest" as joint debtor.
REGISTRATION: There is a legal obligation to complete the registration form in its entirety. The reception staff is allowed to make a copy of the passport or an ID.
LIMIT OF USE: Reserved rooms are available to the "guest" during the agreed time from 15.00h on the day of arrival until max. 11.00h on the day of departure. A Late-Check-Out is only possible on request. Late departures without consultation with the reception may lead to additional costs.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms or in any other areas of the hotel. In the event of non-compliance, the hotel is entitled to charge a cleaning fee of CHF 300.00.
